On March 11, the Kempinski Hotel in Budapest hosted the Art Soirée event, which welcomed the art and fashion-loving public with the “Eternal Flower” photo exhibition and two outstanding fashion shows. The event took place in an elegant setting, where guests were greeted with a welcome drink and many well-known figures from the Hungarian fashion scene also appeared.

One of the highlights of the evening was the fashion show, where two Hungarian brands, AANRO and LOZAR, presented their latest collections. The AANRO brand was founded by Áron Szűcs, who represents modern men's fashion with clean-cut yet bold pieces. He especially likes variable, 2-in-1 garments that can be perfectly transformed for different occasions. Behind LOZAR are Réka Lofti Shadi and Henriett Nagy-Papp, who combine classic elegance with contemporary trends in women's fashion. Their clothes can be worn with both high heels and sneakers, thus emphasizing the versatility of the modern woman. Both brands have proven their talent in the past and are among the defining players in the Hungarian fashion scene. During the Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW) showroom We also attended their presentation, where we were able to get a closer look at their collections.
The “Eternal Flower” photography exhibition featured the work of Krisztina Szalmás, who originally became known as a black-and-white portrait photographer. During the COVID period, she began creating flower portraits, which give the plants she depicts a unique aesthetic and depth. The exhibition sensitively combined the beauty of nature and human creativity, providing a stunning spectacle for visitors.

The event was jointly organized by Art2Day Gallery – founded by Ildikó Benkő – and the Kempinski Hotel. The event was opened by Stephan Interthal, Director of Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, who emphasized in his speech how happy he was that spring had arrived at the hotel with these flowers.
Overall, the Art Soirée provided the participants with an elegant and inspiring evening, where art and fashion were presented in a harmonious unity, further strengthening Budapest's place on the international cultural map.
